No refund more than 3 months later.

Most useless bank ever, i have been trying to get a refund from African Bank for my accounts which were double settled. I have submitted all paperwork required for my refund to be paid through but they keep rejecting the refund with no reason. I have submitted refund requests over 8 times now and no one is will to assist with my refund. They are keeping my money for 3 months now. African Bank are a bunch of *******, i would advise anyone to stay away from these ****s
