No Paid Up Letter- even after paying off account??
Account Number ***
I received a discounted settlement letter from African bank and was advised to pay an amount of R4398 for the above credit card account; which I duly did. Today I receive a statement where it doesnt show that this account is now paid up. Can you advise why then if I received a settlement offer and subsequently paid that amount by the required date? I emailed POP on the 30th September to *** and to date I have not received a Paid Up letter.

11 Oct 2019, 09:37I have been contacted by an agent by the name of Constance this morning who advised that the account shows that it's closed. She said that she will request her supervisor to issue a Paid Up letter. I await this, so I can move on from this matter.
