NO MONEY CAME OUT THE ATM AFTER WITHDRAWAL

Hi my name is tyron Munsamy I'd.***.I am an existing account holder at african Bank. On the 27 febuary 2020 I made a withdrawal at the unshlanga rocks petrol station standard bank off r3000 but it declined and the I tried to take out r800 it also declined so I then thought maybe there's a problem with the atm.so I went to a absa bank in durban phoenix wood view check out and tried to withdraw again so I got an sms that the r3000 was reversed so I withdrew 3000 and then withdrew r2400 and it was successful but my r800 still didn't get reversed till today the 2nd of March 2020 I also didnt receive an sms saying that it's reversed so then on Friday I went to bluff meats and use the bank there but still it was not revesed so then I called the bank the agent told me they was having issues with transactions and other people also were having this problem between Thursday and Friday but the bank is resolving the issue asap so I must not worry so I said OK pls give me a call or sms me to let me know what's happening because I need my money I need to pay bills I waited the entire day today for some feedback and nothing happened. I am so discusted with African Bank I thought u guys were trust worthy people. If I don't get and email back asap I'm going to put this on hello peter to expose yourl off *****ing innocent peoples money that we need for out rent, food and lights and water. If I were you I would act quick and pay my money back immediately. And I went also to view the footage at the garage atm that I tried withdrawing from and no one took money out the was there. I'm giving you guys a chance to rectify this asap if not I'm putting yourl in the papers and hello Peter!
