no longer under debt review

good day<br> <br> the reason im logging this query african bank dont respond back to me queries sent . i called and they told me their colllection dept still showing that im under debt review whereas on the email i yesterday it was the 17.4 for to inform them that im no lonnger under debt review and would like that to be updated from their depts....but the poor service im getting now is that no one is responding back to me with any results. even now i tried to apply for credit card but still the system is not taking but i finished paying them off. i wanted to consolidate all my loans but still i dont get help
