No joy
<p>My previous complaint has reference. I received an sms stating congratulations please proceeds to your branch to finalize your loan. I keep calling the head office and getting the same response go to your branch to finalize the application am here at the branch in Westgate entrance 2 and no one can help as it still shows pending.</p>
