No help received

I have been unemployed and unable to pay the loan I have with African Bank. I recently go a job offer but they can’t employ me unless I get a letter from African Bank stating that I’ve made an agreement to pay the debt. I asked African Bank for the letter they said they can only give me the letter after three months. I asked them to atleast write me an email explaining everything so I can show to the Company but no help. Now I have a payment arrangement with African Bank but no job so no salary to honor the agreement.
