No help from African Bank

4 calls later from Lorato, me mailing more than 10x, my issue with African Bank still continues as they are not updating my loan account to close. Instead everyone seems to make it seem like they don't understand what I am talking about and keep asking me to repeat the same things over and over again. All I asked was for my account to be updated with the credit beareur that it is settled but no, I have to keep being asked to send my credit report which has been sent numerous times but my mails are blocked on their side. I guess I'll now wait for the banking Ombudsma to intervene and wait for their final outcome. Dealing with African Bank to try and resolve this has been futile
