No Help

I am very dissappointed. My matter is going on for the past year. Was unemployed for some time. Couldn't afford to pay the full amount but made arrangements to do so. Paid the loan and interest. Not the insurance. The value of the insurance is same amount as the loan repayment. Decided to call in and get a settlement amount but was shocked to know it has doubled from the initial capital taken. I try to speak to legal no one helps. Very insistent on me paying the full amount off! I have been paying back the loan for the last 3 years now I sure the value should have dropped. Yes African bank approved the loan during my time of need but consider the honorable clients who want to clear the debt. There is no consideration or no help! I have called and called I spend more money on my airtime than get their assistance. No one knows anything you are just put on hold all the time! Don't consider me as a bad debt try and help me! This is more than a plea!
