No feedback, no help

So disappointed at the service I'm receiving. I'm looking for credit from last week Thursday. It's Tuesday today and I'm still waiting. The number of times I've called and not being assisted is over 15 times. What business is this? Is this how potential customers are treated? Imagine the frustration if I had to bank with you gosh!!

How does it make sense that I apply for credit but must still borrow money to call you? I must run around for feedback? I thought things were better at AB but I see it's still the same. If I didn't need the money I wouldn't have come to borrow... but what I'm getting is really disappointing
