No feedback for queries
I have logged a query 23Aug then again 27Aug again as no follow up. 17Sept still no feedback from them. This is the most pathetic service I have ever recieved from any institution. No wonder they are battling as they are now not only not giving feedback on queries but now going against court orders.

17 Sept 2024, 21:57Funny enough you have moved on. I recieved your sms asking to confirm my contact number which I comp**** with waited for a call only to recieve a sms stating that the query has been resolved. Not at any stage has anybody of African bank phoned me to give me feedback or even confirm what my query was. So how do you close off or resolve a query with not even contacting the customer?????
Does not help phoning as I wait ages just to get cut off.
Does not help to email you and apparently even if the CEO is cc in you still do not care. This says alot about this bank.
