No feedback for offer payment to loan

I try for weeks to give african bank a proposal to settle my loan account. They was suppose to call back and advise if the accept the offer. Unfortunately I have no income no job and is a pensioner with no sight of a work due to the ANC government. So I advise e AB here now again. There will be no payments further I try for 1 yr to kept my promise to pay the loan..now it came that I can not do it anymore. So now I need to add this again to hello Peter to get a response from AB
