No feedback but harassed with calls daily

I am harassed daily by your collections agents and I keep saying I am awaiting feedback regarding my complaint. Collections agents want me to make payment while I have informed the bank I am no longer working and trying to claim CLI, that which I feel the claim was unfairly declined Reference Number is ***, I was promised that my complaint was being investigated and I would be contacted within 7 days, still waiting???
