No Feedback and Poor Service
It has been 5 working days now and yet African Bank have yet rep**** to me after I have forwarded them the PAID UP letter from NIMBLE, as they have requested.
Furthermore the poor service and not being professional as they stated on TV and their ads, I would like them to approve me for a loan amount of R25000.00 over a period of 48 months. You can't wait that long for a reply from such a large organization.
