My credit card debt is prescribed with African Bank. I have mailed one of the consultants, who have helped me on previous occasions, regarding this but no feedback. This morning I received a call from a debt collector. I stated that this account is prescribed. Can you kindly remove this from my name and update the credit bureaus.
