I am an existing African bank client with a personal loan and every month paid it on time but now that i need help again and app**** for a loan on the internet banking its a struggle and no one is coming back to me and it just get transferred to this person and then to this person but no one comes back to me to assist and sort out the problem. I will not recommend African bank to anyone if this keeps going on and no one can help a client.
