NO FEEDBACK

So me and my husband is trying to buy a house and we recently found out that African Bank has put my husband on ITC and this is affecting the banks decision. We recently bought over 400 000 rand of cars and it was approved, which if my husband really was on ITC this could not be possible. So we laid a complaint. The following day the guy contacted my husband telling him that we owe nothing to African Bank and that he has experience in the credit beuru and ITC and that he will get my husbands name cleared and that he will phone him back. He never phoned back. We then phoned the next day just to get a letter saying that we owe nothing to African Bank and that his name is cleared. The lady he spoke to him then told him the account is closed and she can't find it on the system but we still have to pay back the money. How on earth during the night did it go from not paying anything to paying the full R20 233? We need this letter ASAP as it is keeping is from buying a home. Please advise?
