No correct assistance to an force early retirement

Good day

I have a credit card and a loan account with African bank My company place me on early retirement I try many time to call African bank that I need assistance with these account. That thr insurance must pay the accounts for now. I kept on call to lots a complain. African bank do nothing regarding it. The woman do not assist me they are very very rude to an pensioner who is white The guy I call on Thursday from the branch kolonnade did not even do the correct Reporting. The young lady at the branch assist me to try to see what happen on the query I submit a credit life form to my HR with no luck because now where on this form show early retirement. I refuse to pay further this insurance of this accounts I get no assistance ftom African bank to advise what i am going to do with the accounts because there is nothing I can do The insurance department do not even know how the policy working I want answers from African bank or I close all the accounts and stop all payments because I don't have money and AFRICAN BANK DONT ASSIST
