No consultants available on the floor.

African Bank Chatsworth centre branch opened at 08:30. From 08:30 they have one consultant on the floor. When I asked is there anyone else to assist, the consultant advised that her colleague is in a meeting and should be done by 09:30. The consultant further advised that only two consultants are due to work today in the branch the whole day. This is poor service as the time spent waiting on the chairs is more time spent resolving my enquiry. How is it that only two people are booked to work yet there are three desks that are not being occupied.
