NO COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN AFRICAN BANK AND VVM DEBT COLLECTORS.
<p>Good day,</p> <p>My 2 accounts at african bank were handed over to VVM DEBT COLLECTORS. I have settled my account in full and got offered a discount amount on the 23 AUG 2016. It has been 5 weeks now and still i am threaten with messages by african bank that i am going to be blacklisted. I cant even tellyou how many times i have phone and said they dont know and that i must be patient! What a cheek. I have log a query with african bank and even sent them the proof of payment showing i paid the account to vvm. The feedback was that they cant help me because payment cant be traced. So is it my work to make sure that african bank and vvm communicates? My advice is to rather make a loan with the major 4 banks were there is systems in place for this situations. Its gotten so bad that i need to consult with a lawyer to assist</p>

It's been 2 weeks since i posted on hello peter. African bank said they will escalate the issue. Balances on African Bank have been updated incorrectly. Settled the account through VVM Debt Collectors. According to agreed settlement amount. Cant believe this has been going on for so long. Lost all faith with African Bank. Cant believe it takes this long to settle a loan account. The account is still showing that i owe African Bank money. VVM negotiated a discounted settlement amount which african bank has not taken into consideration. Cant believe that African bank cannot get the correct information from there partnered collections firm. Very unprofessional. Lets see how much longer this will take...
