no communication/no service

<p>its been about 5 weeks since my initial application which i made online after writing reviews on here i was contacted and asked to start the process all over again submitted all required documentation all over again but since last week thursday i have not received a response , i know applying for a loan doesnt usually take this . i feel like i am literally begging for this loan ...because of my work i am unable to visit other financial institutions and apply there but since african bank offered a stupid online service i thought they could be the best ..can someone tell me whats going on since i have submitted eeverything about a million times now or should i forget about it and find the time to go elsewhere if you are unable to help atleast tell me</p>
