No communication

For the past 2 weeks I've received sms (on a daily basis) notifications informing that my African Bank credit card has been blocked. Hours or even a day later I get another sms informing that my account is active again. This has been an endless cycle for 2 weeks rendering my card absolutely useless. I called the call centre thrice. Firstly I was told that my credit card expired which was ******* as it only expires the 05/2022. The second agent told me to try a few hours later and of course it still never worked. The third agent told me this is apparently a known issue which they (African Bank) are working on. Where is the communication to the the clients and also how long is this issue going to continue?

Good day
Feel free to try and contact me again. I've spoken to a fourth agent yesterday. So add salt to the wound I was unable to log into my online account. Current status is my card is still useless.

And I'm still waiting for African Bank to contact me. Apparently they could not get hold of me..... *******. I ended up going to the branch where I was told there is no need for concern. It stopped for a few days but guess what's back again. I was standing in a queue at the shop and tried using my African Bank card. Guess why it decline...... I looked and my sms and saw the following ****:

"African Bank: Access to your credit card account has been blocked. Visit a branch or call *** to update FICA docs. Auth.FSP Reg.NCRCP7638 RDC91017/16"

WWWWHHHYYYYYY????????????

Are you kidding me. I had my phone at my dude and IT NEVER RANG. Exact same scenario as as on the 20 November 2020. So clearly this is a default copy and paste response that is being used by African Bank. Don't bother contacting me (if that ever was intention which I belive it was not). I've learnt to live with your pathetic service.
