No cash at withdrawal but amount debit on account

On the 3rd of November, I attempted to withdraw cash from an ABSA ATM in laub street Edcon House,johannesburg. However, after making the cash request. The cash was not ejected from the ATM machine and the ATM machine showed a \Temporaly Out of Order"(red screen) screen. I phoned ABSA and was advised that I need to contact African Bank.<br> <br> I phoned African Bank and was advised to do an afidavit on the matter. I was advised to fax the avidavit along with a copy of my ID"
