No care for human beings just money

I have an Loan account with African Bank that I have been challenged with for over 10years now.

I previously logged a call because they are keeping my details on ITC for over 10years & I feel like this should be prescribed Debt, or my name should be removed from ITC until this matter is resolved, also the amount outstanding is more then Double the Amount of my initial Loan. From the previous review I logged about this issue, I was called by an African Bank representative who was so arrogant & interrogating me instead of allowing me an opportunity to discuss a reasonable solution to this challenge. They since just been harassing me calling up to 10 times a day while I am at work, who does that.

Now they have gone as far as handing me over to Concept Recoveries yesterday & now I am being threatened to pay the full amount in 5days with an interest rate of 10%.

Because I haven't responded yet, they send an email this morning reading as follows - ACTION TAKEN!! MRS ROELFSE you have not responded to our communication send to you. You have until COB (2022-11-22) today to make payment. Failure to adhere to this then we will get Judicial officer of DALPARK EXT 6 to deliver AEDO. Call now *** or Whatsapp *** to stop. ***

Who do these people think they are to treat people in this way, and how is it that they get away with it.
