No call back

Hi, app**** for a loan yesterday and received an sms stating someone will contact me soon from yesterday I’m still waiting. I went to the branch this morning however I was told to wait as there is nothing they can do from thier side. The guy that assisted me couldn’t even phone thier call center to enquire about my application, he stated they can not be reached. Please I just need to know the status of my application thanks. Can someone please call me back ASAP.
