no assistance since 2013

Long story short was unemployed for 3 months in 2013 to 2014 dkid inform African bank, the insurance paid my loan for that time, when start working again my salary was way less than I earned before when I could afford the monthly payment, I informed everyone and ask them if I can change my months over 60 for less payment can't afford they request my monthly expenses and bank statements and all my account what I did email to them, no response at all, tried many times to contact they always put me to legal dept and they also did not assist at all, went to bank several times and also no assistance, now today they phoned me tell me I must pay over R20 000 what I do not have, and that guy said I must pay full instalment and can not make arrangement on how much I can pay, and he told me he will put a garnish on my salary. My complain no one assisted me never ever and I pay what I only can afford, I told them over and over why I'm behind I was wunemployed and asked them for less payment but no one want to help me. It's now today the 10th of march 2015 a year and 3 months later and now they can't do this arrangements, but it is the terms and cond when I app****. It's realy bad service
