Nightmare with African Bank

I am now gatvol of calling and visiting branches for a refund of my money. I paid up my account in October they still too a payment in November. Today wat the 10th time I called in. Visited 2 different branches and still my queries cannot be sorted. My nearest branch is 100km I cannot travel 100km when African Bank feels like it. I just want my whole payment back please!
