NEVERENDING DEBT WOW AFRICAN BANK WOW!!!!

After sharing my story about having a balance on a loan after paying for 12 YEARS, AFRICAN BANK MADE ATTEMPT TO EVEN RESOLVE THE MATTER!! They send me a reply to say call us just to tell me there is a balance at a call centre. Can they really give such poor service? I am SHOCKED!!!! I WILL GO AS FAR TO STAND IN FRONT OF THEIR BRANCH IN MY TOWN TO TELL PEOPLE WHAT THEY DO. I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING!!!!? I even gave my retrenchment paperwork through. 12 Years!!!! THE SOUTH AFRICAN LAW says claims prescribe after 3 years and after 5 it is written off but 12 YEARS LATER they still fffffff up my life!!! I am going to Social Media and the Newspaper ect from here. Enough no efforts nothing!!! DISGUSTING
