NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE WITH AFRICAN BANK

I tried to purchase a phone that was on special online 21 February 2022, today is 9 March 2022 the money is still not processed, I called African bank they told me to wait 72 hours,that was last week and the money still not processed, I went to the branch in Festival mall they said they will log a call .Since I now lost the special price on a phone I asked the tall thin lady from Festival mall to cancel it so that I can get my money back, she says that's not possible. I asked where is my money because vodacom don't have the money and the money has been deducted from account, she just said there's nothing they can do,they will log a call...all I want is my money back.
