Never again African bank

I'm so frustrated with African bank , online banking never gets back to you, finally signed a contract after going into a branch, now im sitting with a contract since the 11th Saturday, 3days later still no payout. Called headoffice numerous Times, spoke to different people explaining over and over to no help. Called the branch again and was told to come back in..so now i have to work halfday to go and sort out things that was sorted ..Ai

Will definitively be my last dealings with them.

Ridiculous!!!
