Need to make payment and clear my account

Goodday, I have a long outstanding debt without paying due to instability from the work side , due to retrenchments, <br> Now I have finally struck a job so secured , I called the African bank wanting to make payment and settle this long outstanding debt, where I spoke to a Ms Maraba, who told me they will not retrieve money from me since the account has been written off as bad. <br> Now I asked her what should I do now ,she then says it only lies with ITC ,THEY ARE THE ONES TO DECIDE WHEN TO REMOVE ME FROM LISTING, WHEN actually I want to make payment and clear off the account.<br> Can you please assist.<br> <br> Regards<br> Motlatsi Mokoena
