Need Answers Urgently

I app**** for a loan and was given an offer. Went to the branch with all relevant details. Today I get a call stating I am under debt review which I am not. I have called to find out what to do. I am yet to get a response. This is so frustrating especially if you are in need of the loan hence the reason to visit the bank for assistance. I need answers immediately , as to what is still required or will my loan be paid out. The guy at the branch is helpful but I need to know asap
