Need a paid up letter ASAP

I got retrench last year and send through all relevant documents for the retrenchment claim,my account has been paid up in full but it's a mission to get a paid up letter. Went to a branch today they say they don't give paid up letters for credit cards only loans which really don't make sense to me. In not happy with the service at all that's why I'm logging this complaint
