National Credit Act disregarded

<p>After having very difficult couple of months I contacted African bank to advise that I'm finding it very difficult to re-pay my car installments monthly, I then requested to have the car repossessed to avoid going deeper into debt - which I believe to be a constitutional right. I was then told that African Bank does not do repossessions when owing car finance which a find very difficult to believe in a modern South Africa.</p>
