MyWorld account on hold complaint

I came to discover my MWA had been put on hold but was not notified of this after countless attempts to make transactions/ payments on my account. They call it a technical issue where when you make an interim transfer from your credit card to your MWA it puts it on hold, which makes no sense. How do you pay off an account only for it to be flagged? I have called 3 days in a row to log a complaint and for them to have this resolved. Only to find on my 3rd day of calling and emailing to find no one has lodged a complaint yet till I asked for proof that they have only on my latest call. I was told they would call back in an hour or two to assist in rectifying this but still, I have heard nothing, clearly, they are negligent when it comes to people's monies. I am still waiting and logging complaints and probably won't even compensate for unpaid debit orders or late fees caused by these delays. Not sure how they are aware of this and still not working faster at clearing such even with proof that it's a failing system. this is not an account I would recommend to anyone if you have many responsibilities when using online payments.
