My world account worst ever

Recently I opened up a my world account after branch manager sold me the benefits so well but that was last best service now can't make payments as I'm a business man and losing profits and clients in this testing times..seriously just want my money out and will close this account.hold them responsible for all my losses as this is not acceptable.
