My World Account has disappeared

First off I'd like to say I've liked being a African Bank client, however. I am genuinely freaking out because my bank account has disappeared, and I do not understand how or why it has just disappeared, i logged into the internet banking and was told to open a new account, my rewards are still there..

I need a resolution as soon as possible, preferably by tomorrow.. i have a job you know
