My taste for African Bank is bitter

Am very upset and ****ed at this moment as I am typing this. I was ****med at an ATM on Saturday. The card was stopped on the very same day upon reporting it. I was advised that I need to submit certain documents if I wanted ***** case to be opened, of which I did. Today I received an SMS and email saying they have declined my request, the very Same people who send the email did not see the need to call me or send a detailed email to explain why. I called the the number they provided on that email but I was taken from pillar to post, nobody really knew where I should be transferred to(bear in mind it does not come cheap to call a landline)... Its disappointing if employees do not know what's the process of certain things in the companies they work for. Without any assistance I decided to go to my nearest branch to get explanation. The service I got there was beyond disgusting. Can people be taught customer service especially those who serve the public.. I interacted with a lady by the name of Fikile(how unprofessional and very rude).. Instead of assisting me she went on and on with her colleague on what she thinks declined my request with their forensic department.. She went on to say she doesn't really understand how they manage to get my card and pin hence they declined my request(so according to her I was stupid enough to give my pin and no ***** or **** was done)..I told her that what she is claiming is incorrect and she wouldn't understand as it did not happen to her,me saying that I gave her the key to make uncalled remarks saying her voicing her opinion did give the right to say such to her...I literally cried there as she continued with her remarks. Nobody stopped even her superior. At any given point you are not allowed to argue with a customers or feel the need to express yourself to a customers more especially to the one who lost her money. My taste for African bank is bitter and their employees need serious customer service and be Knowledgeable about their company. Fikile working for a company for what ever number of years doesn't make you an expert and African bank your slogan of saying "we are you" is total nonsense if you can't deliver or sympathise with your clients.
