My money was taken from my bank account without my consent!

I have a credit card with African Bank that debits exactly on my pay day which is exactly at the end of each month. Yesterday (15 December 2023) African Bank randomly decided to debit my account without my authorisation. Mind you that money they took was for a flight ticket, I'm to bury my brother tomorrow but because of this I will not make it. Their offices had already closed since it was a public holiday. There I was in shock with nothing to do. The prices for flights have gone up, i won't be able to bury my brother tomorrow all because African Bank decided to change dates without my authorisation. Who gave you a go ahead to do that? This is in breach of our signed contract! I never authorised that! That is so ghetto of you to decide on my behalf when to take my money just because it's December and other people got paid early. This is so unprofessional and I'm livid and disgusted. This is trashy!

I responded to the SMS, it's over an hour now and no call has been received.

I called the ***number and I was told they do not do refunds. This is a ****ty bank if anybody asked me. They say an SMS was sent where I was to say that I want an early debit on my account and I never rep**** to such with *****ulent SMSs being received daily. African Bank took the decision themselves to take my money without any authorisation from me.
The consultant was saying the money doesn't reflect on their system and will probably show next week Monday. They don't even want me sending them proof of payment/amount being deducted. Furthermore she says they don't do refunds. But again if it does reflect on Monday then just maybe they might reverse it, though her voice was just saying she's bull****ing me. African Bank does banking like some Load Shark. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! I DON'T ADVICE PEOPLE TO TAKE ANY PRODUCT WITH THEM, VERY SELFISH!
