My investment payout not processed on promised day

i have a 90 days notice with african bank i placed my notice well on time and did my follow up calls to ensure that all is in order as i needed the money to pay for my daughters school next and i will get a discount, The payout was supposed to be on the 5th of December 2017 as per the agents i have been dealing with, i then called again on the 4th of Dec the agent i spoke to was clueless and told me there is no notice placed on my acount of which i believe her because when i called again on the 5th the amount was still not in my account and called to speak to the manager she told me that she will place the notice then i will only get the money in the next 72hrs? i have now missed the discount at my daughters school because i was investing with a incompitent company like african bank. now i have to pay more for my daughters school fees because of your faults? do your selfs a favour and close i urge people not to invest with african bank instead take loans and not pay them back so that they can just shut down and close coz they dont know what they're doing.
