My investment payout not processed

Before i go any further, Just know that i am taking this matter up with my lawyer and african bank will pay the fee's. I had 90 days investement account with African bank and i placed my notice well on time so that i can get the funds by the 5th of dec 2017 so that i can pay for my daughters school fee's and if i pay it by the 6th of Dec i get to get a discount. Guess what today is the 7th of Dec stilll the funds are not in my account. After several calls someone was innocent enough to tell me that my request has been proccessed on the 6th of Dec 2017..Really?? after so much of my work time wasted trying to make sure that my request gets processed on time and dealt with people who dont know what they are talking about some didnt see any notice i placed even the manager was dishonest to me. People must just dont take any investments with african bank they must just take loads and not pay back so thsat this company can close its useless!!!!!!!
