My bank account is blocked

Good day ,I'm a ZEP permit holder and also app**** and submitted the application for work visa. I supp**** all these documents to the bank branch for them to update (Inc # 951671) .The reply was I must bring a work permit, I asked their call center which permit must I bring along because I gave them everything I'm using to be legally employed. The bank blocked my account when I needed it the most to pay my bills and I have family to support. Please help me to get my life back
