My African Bank personal loan

Hi my name is Rose Moremi. i called African Bank call center to make an arrangement on my personal loan and my credit card.my agreement was to pay R 440 for both my accounts. but instead on the 1st of November 2015 they debited R 693.73 when i call the bank slindile Ntuli told me that i have to renew the agreement every 3 months. to realize that she did not make any arrangement for the month of December 2015 because they still going to debit R 693,75 this is not the amount we agreed on.she told me she made the arrangemet but it seems she did not.it is so unfair for me to pay for what we did not agree on.
