My accounts being put on hold by the bank

I’m not sure why my accounts keep being put on hold, MyWorld account and my credit card says they on Hold, I’m not sure for what reason. This is not the first time this is happening, and when this happens, there’s no email or sms notifying me of this and reasons why it’s happening. Can I please get clarity on why the bank keeps putting my accounts on hold? It’s an inconvenience and does not make sense
