My account gets debited monthly towards my loan payment but Africa bank claims no payment on clear score form me

I've a Loan and credit card with Africa bank, I paid off the credit card and closed it and now left with the loan. I've been paying the loan directly until the past six month Africa bank send the lawyers to my work requesting that I pay more towards my loan, I made an arrangement with their lawyers to pay a bit more and they debit my account meaning I stop paying directly since their lawyers are now debiting my account. Now tell me why Africa bank informs clear score that my account has not been paid gof the past six month, while the balance keeps going down every months for the loan I owe, to add I get calls about a credit card that I paid off and got a settlement letter for it and closed it, the same credit card that I OVER paid. It's sitting on a credit due to me. According to clear score status I've not been paying my loan account as per African bank, while their lawyers they send to me debit my account monthly towards the same loan. And obviously this is ruining my name cause missed payment stays for years on your credit score status. African bank is intentionally ruining my life and kids life.
