My account blocked for no good reason

I am sooo disappointed with this bank called Africa Bank, someone deposited money into my account willingly now African Bank decided to block my account without calling me to hear my side of the story what ****es me off is that the person that deposited that money into my account never reported it so I don't understand why they did that
