Must surrender personal details

I get a call from a private number, the lady says she is from African bank and now I must give her my ID number. When I ask what this is about, she says it's the law and I must give her my ID number. NO! Not before YOU confirm who you are. I don't give out MY personal info so easily over a phone just because you say you are from the bank. <br> <br> Then she gets rude and load over the phone. Shut the front door!
