Hellopeter i had a ***** case which i was not assisted with when i went to african bank last year 19 november 2022 where by someone opened an account **********ly with my name.An account of which i know nothing about , I was assisted by peter at african bank at denlyn mall whereby he said he will send an email to the forensic team but am not sure if he did however send the email because am still not assisted even now . Unfortunately when i went back on the 2nd of febuary 2023 to make a follow up about this case i was told that case has no outcome. And i was told that i must go to midrand to the head office of the forensic team. I really need your intervention on the case Please kindly assist.
