My name is noxolo and i'm on credit burrow at African bank, i tried to call one of their branch in cape town to negotiate on how i can pay and they gave me a African bank agent contact winch also could not help me either , all i wanted is for them to help me to draft a plan so i could pay and be removed on credit burrow as that status is really making my life hard. they told me its not possible for me to do any payments , i should wait 5 years and after five years my name will be removed on credit burrow .

i would really appreciate if you could help me on this matter as soon as possible.
