The most pathetic service I have ever recevie34d the agent dropped the call in my ear and very arrogant!!!! i had a back operation now he is sending me to a branch for the 3rd time!!! this is pathetic!!!

I want his manager to call me back !! they can see who worked on my profile I know they can, and I want to speak to him again!!! this is *******!!
