More than disappointed

I enrolled in a 12months learnership with African Bank (Jan 2016 -Jan 2017) . I tried making contact with them a number of times Leonardo is not taking my calls as he was my learning partner. Called BANK SETA they sent me a copy of my certificate in April and told me to get original statement from African Bank. It's been 11 months now I am still looking for a job . African Bank is not doing anything about this as it's not affecting their personal lives, I wasted 12months of my life. All I want is the certificate I was promised. Western Cape Nicky's region
